Online Consignment for this year’s sale is now CLOSED. Thank you to everyone that entered their gear into our system. The selection this year will be EPIC! We look forward to seeing you at gear drop-off on Friday.
Consignment Drop-Off: Online consignors must drop off all pre-consigned items at Camel’s Hump Middle School (CHMS) on Friday night, November 7, between 6:00pm and 8:30pm*. There will be no other opportunity for drop-off.
- Consigned gear includes new and gently used ski, snowboard, winter athletic clothing (no street clothing), and other winter athletic gear (snowshoes, etc.).
- All equipment must meet current safety standards.
- No helmets (our sale will include only new helmets from vendors)
- No straight alpine skis
- No skates or hockey gear this year due to space constraints
- No holes or tears in garments, all garments need to be clean
- Minimum price on any item is $10.00
- Consignors have the option to lower the price 20% if the item is unsold on the last day of the sale.
Consignment Pick-up: ALL consignors MUST pick up checks and / or unsold on Sunday, November 9 from 1:30 – 3:00pm. There will be no other opportunity for pick-up.†
* Only gear that was pre-consigned online will be accepted at Friday night drop off. There will be no new consignment registration on-site on Friday or other opportunities for drop-off.
